Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent.  

• Licensed to practice in this state or eligible for licensure.  

• A collaborative spirit and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.  

• Interest in General Practice and/or Urgent Care medicine.

• Unlimited Earning Potential: A progressive compensation model with a guaranteed base salary and no ceiling.
• Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $175,000+ annually, commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications. Additional compensation opportunities may be available.

• Generous Production Commission: Earn up to 28% production commission with no negative accrual.
