Refund Policy

Effective date: June 11, 2026 · Last updated: September 24, 2026

A VeterinaryHires job post is paid for once, and it becomes public as soon as checkout finishes.

Since your post starts working for you right away, most refunds have a deadline. Billing mistakes are the exception: those we always fix.

Billing errors: 100% back, any time

  • You were billed more than once for one job post.
  • You paid, but a problem on our end kept the job from being published.
  • The charge wasn't made by you or with your permission (once we've confirmed it).

Changed your mind? You have 48 hours

Let us know within 48 hours of buying and we'll remove the job and return the whole amount. You don't need to give a reason.

Past the 48-hour mark

After a post has been up longer than 48 hours, we consider the bulk of the service delivered, so the purchase can no longer be refunded.

That holds even if you hire someone early. We'll gladly remove the post, but we don't refund the days left in its 30-day run.

Think your case is unusual? Reach out regardless — we look at those one at a time.

Situations we don't refund

  • Posts we take down for violating our Terms & Conditions — for example, jobs that are fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory or illegal.
  • Fewer or weaker applicants than you hoped for. We publish your job and put it in front of candidates, but no one can promise a certain number of applications or that you'll make a hire.

Asking for a refund

Write to [email protected] using the same email you checked out with. Include the job title and your Stripe receipt number.

If we approve it, the money goes back to the card you paid with. Stripe usually needs 5–10 business days to post it, and your bank can affect the timing.
