When does my listing go live?
Immediately.
Your listing is published on VeterinaryHires as soon as your checkout is complete — there is no review queue or waiting period.
How long does my listing stay live?
Every listing runs for 30 days from the date of purchase.
If you fill the role sooner, contact us and we'll take the listing down.
Is this a subscription?
Single listings are a one-time payment — no recurring charge, no auto-renewal, and no contract.
Multi-location subscription plans are billed monthly and can be canceled anytime.
Your listings stay live through the end of your billing period.
How do subscription slots work?
A slot is one live listing.
A 10-slot plan means up to 10 of your listings are live at any time, across any roles and locations.
When you fill a role, swap that slot to a different opening — as often as you like, at no extra cost.
Subscribed listings never expire while your plan is active.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime — there's no contract or minimum term.
Your listings remain live until the end of the current billing period.
Founding Partner rates are locked for 24 months as long as your subscription stays active.
If you cancel and return later, current pricing applies.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled by Stripe, which accepts all major credit and debit cards.
We never see or store your card details.
Can I edit my listing after it's live?
Yes — contact support with the change you need and we'll update the live listing for you.
Do you offer refunds?
Duplicate or erroneous charges are always refunded in full.
Because listings go live immediately, other refunds are time-limited — see our Refund Policy for details.
