Pricing FAQs
How soon will candidates see my job?
Right away.
Nobody has to approve it first: the job appears on VeterinaryHires the moment your Stripe payment goes through.
How long does a posting run?
30 days, counted from the day you buy it.
If you hire someone before then, email us and we'll remove the post.
Will I be billed again automatically?
Not for a single job post.
You pay once, and it never renews or locks you into a contract.
The multi-location plans are the exception: they charge monthly, you can stop them whenever you like, and your jobs stay up until that month's billing period ends.
What is a slot on the group plans?
Think of a slot as a seat for one job.
With 10 slots you can have 10 openings up at once — DVMs at one hospital, techs at another, any mix of roles and locations.
Once a position is filled, put a different opening in that seat; there's no charge or limit on swaps.
While the plan is active, those jobs don't expire.
What if we want to stop the plan?
Cancel whenever you want; there's no minimum commitment.
Jobs stay visible through the rest of the month you've paid for.
Founding Partner pricing holds for 24 months provided the plan stays active without a break — if you leave and sign up again later, you'd pay the rate in effect at that point.
What payment methods do you take?
Any major credit or debit card, processed through Stripe.
Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us — VeterinaryHires never sees or keeps it.
Can I change a job after it's posted?
Sure.
Email support with what should change and we'll edit the live post for you.
What's your refund policy?
If you were charged twice or charged in error, you get all of it back.
Since a post goes public the instant you pay, other refund requests have a time limit; the Refund Policy has the specifics.
