Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, support, and mentor our team of veterinary technicians and assistants.

• Oversee daily workflow to ensure smooth and efficient hospital operations.

• Assist veterinarians during exams, surgeries, dental procedures, and treatments.

• Ensure all patients receive compassionate, high-quality care and comfort.

• Provide guidance and training on technical skills, protocols, and safety.

• Maintain treatment areas and ensure equipment readiness.

• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on learning and collaboration.

• Communicate clearly with clients and team members to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications:

• Licensed/Certified Veterinary Technician (LVT/CVT/RVT) preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience (leadership experience a plus).

• Strong communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to exceptional patient care.

• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
