Salazar Road Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Manager who brings together operational excellence, a talent for mentorship, and a commitment to team culture. The ideal candidate will have prior veterinary experience and a proven background in leadership, training, and team development—paired with a business-minded approach to hospital growth.
As our Hospital Manager, you’ll work closely with the Medical Director and leadership team, taking ownership of daily operations and guiding our hospital toward continued success.
This is a full-time, salaried position and schedule flexibility is required based on business needs.

Salazar Road Veterinary Clinic is a 2-doctor practice caring for dogs, cats, birds, pocket pets, and reptiles/amphibians. The team culture is hands-on and collaborative, with doctors willing to jump in and help across the hospital when needed.
