Animal Care Center of Carters Creek is seeking a forward-thinking, business-savvy Veterinary Hospital Administrator to lead our established 6-doctor practice through an exciting period of growth and transformation.
This is more than a day-to-day management role. We’re looking for an experienced leader who can see the bigger picture—someone who understands the financial health of a business, develops strong leaders, improves operational efficiency, and turns long-term goals into actionable strategies.
Our hospital is entering an exciting next chapter. With a brand-new boarding facility recently completed and a facility renovation planned for 2027, our new Hospital Administrator will have the opportunity to help shape the future of an already well-established and successful practice.
This is a full-time, salaried position and schedule flexibility is required based on business needs.
What makes Animal Care Center of Carters Creek unique?
Animal Care Center of Carters Creek is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to pets and the families who love them. As we continue to expand, we're investing in both our people and our facility. Our team practices progressive, collaborative medicine with a strong focus on client relationships and exceptional patient care. We offer comprehensive services including preventative care, advanced diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and advanced medical treatments. Our hospital is equipped with digital radiology, ultrasound, therapeutic laser therapy, in-house Abaxis/Zoetis laboratory equipment, and expanding digital dental radiography, giving our team access to the tools they need to provide outstanding care.
This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact to shape the future of our hospital. We're looking for a positive, forward-thinking leader who enjoys developing people, building strong teams, leading through change, and creating a culture where trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement drive meaningful results.
We're also proud to be an active part of the Columbia community, participating in local events such as Mule Day and First Fridays while building lasting relationships with the families and pets we serve.
If you're passionate about developing teams, embracing innovation, and leading a growing hospital into its next exciting chapter, we'd love to meet you!
