Veterinary Client Service Representative

Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:

• Greet clients and help create a warm, welcoming experience
• Answer incoming calls and assist with client questions
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Maintain accurate client and patient records
• Process payments and assist with routine front desk transactions
• Coordinate communication between clients and our medical team
• Help keep the front desk organized and daily workflows running smoothly
• Provide compassionate, professional support to clients throughout their visit

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
• A compassionate, patient, and professional approach to client interactions
• Comfort working both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn veterinary terminology, systems, and processes
• Previous veterinary reception or customer service experience is preferred
