• New Graduate Mentorship – Build Confidence the Right Way: New graduates will benefit from our structured, one-year New Graduate Mentorship Program, including a dedicated Clinical Mentor, intentional schedule overlap, regular mentor meetings, goal-setting, virtual learning opportunities, and coaching around client communication and professional development.

You'll also have access to our 5-day Surgical Mentorship Program, offered year-round in a small-group environment where participants typically complete approximately 20–40 surgeries, as well as a 2-day Dental Wet Lab led by our veterinary dental specialist and designed to build confidence in everyday dentistry.

• More Than Routine GP – Surgery & Interesting Cases: For veterinarians who enjoy surgery or want to continue developing their procedural skills, Westonka offers exposure beyond routine spays and neuters.
