Hammocks Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced and compassionate Medical Director to lead our growing veterinary team in Miami, Florida. What You'll Do

• Lead and uphold medical quality standards and patient care protocols
• Mentor associate veterinarians and support staff
• Partner with hospital leadership on recruiting, training, and team development

• Help guide clinical protocols, workflows, and hospital growth initiatives
• Balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on clinical practice

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree
• Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, mentorship, and team-building skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
