Bath-Brunswick Veterinary Associates is one of the largest and most established private veterinary practices in the Brunswick/Bath area. As an AAHA-accredited hospital, we are committed to practicing high-quality medicine while fostering a collaborative, supportive environment where veterinary technicians are encouraged to utilize and expand their advanced clinical skills.

Lead Licensed Veterinary Technician Responsibilities

As our Lead LVT, you'll play an essential role in both patient care and hospital leadership. Responsibilities include:

Providing exceptional nursing care and anesthesia support
Performing blood draws and IV catheter placement
Mentoring and training veterinary assistants and technicians
Partnering with the leadership team on daily operations
Managing inventory and medical supplies
Leading technician department meetings
Assisting with workflow improvements
Developing and implementing hospital Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Supporting a positive, collaborative hospital culture
