Associate Veterinarian 

Frontier Veterinary Care is looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join our growing small animal practice in Francis, Utah! This is a part-time or full-time opportunity with a flexible scheduling.

Located in beautiful Northern Utah near Park City, Frontier Veterinary Care is a two-doctor small animal practice focused on high-quality medicine, strong client relationships, and a supportive team culture. We have an amazing clientele, a five-star reputation, and a close-knit team that genuinely enjoys working together.

Our hospital was built new in 2024 and is located within Francis’ Premier Pet Lodge, providing a modern, comfortable environment for both our team and patients. The hospital offers full general practice capabilities and is well equipped with digital radiology, advanced ultrasound, new monitoring equipment, an in-house laboratory, a dedicated dental table, and a paperless, cloud-based practice management system.

Who We Are Looking For

We’re looking for a veterinarian who values teamwork, communication, and high-quality patient care. We welcome both early-career and experienced veterinarians who are interested in continuing to learn, growing their skills, and becoming part of a supportive small animal practice.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM, VMD, or equivalent)
• Licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in Utah
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high-quality veterinary medicine and surgery
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
• Interest in continued professional development and learning

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
