At CVS, you’ll work alongside experienced emergency doctors, specialists, technicians, and support staff who are committed to providing excellent patient care and supporting one another. Carolina Veterinary Specialists in Matthews is one of six full-service, 24-hour emergency and specialty referral hospitals in the Carolinas, with additional locations in Huntersville, Charlotte, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and Rock Hill, SC.

What You’ll Do

As an Emergency Veterinarian, you’ll care for a wide variety of urgent and critical cases while working closely with our emergency and specialty teams.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Provide high-quality emergency and critical care to dogs and cats

• Diagnose and treat a wide variety of emergency cases

• Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners

• Work closely with specialists and our experienced emergency team

• Provide continuity of care for hospitalized patients

• Collaborate with skilled veterinary technicians and support staff

• Help create a positive, team-focused experience for both clients and coworkers
