Client Services Representative

Carriage Animal Hospital is seeking passionate and dependable individuals who are interested in client and patient services to add to our growing practice! The primary job for a client service Representative is to exceed client’s expectations for outstanding client service while maintaining hospital standards and positive patient advocacy.

Our CSR's daily duties include but not limited to; answering phone calls, scheduling appointments for a wide variety of services, maintaining accurate client and patient information, collecting payments, emergency patient triage, lobby upkeep, and addressing client questions or concerns.

Working well on a team is a must, as every department in our hospital collaborates together to ensure the client/patient experience is one of a kind. Our hospital operates like a family. Requirements

 You must have a strong foundational understanding and can perform the basic responsibilities including (but not limited to):

o   Multi Task

o   Payment Handling

o   Telephone Skills

o   Client Communication Skills

o   Veterinary Knowledge

o   Computer Skills-Knowledge of Cornerstone is a plus!

Hours of Operation 

                     o   Mon – Fri (8:00am – 6:00pm)

                     o   Saturday (8:00am - 2:00pm)

                     o   Closed Sundays

• The base hourly range for this position is $15-$18. Our pay ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
