Associate Equine Veterinarian 

All West Veterinary Hospital is growing, and we’re looking for an Associate Equine Veterinarian to join our collaborative mixed animal practice in beautiful Bozeman, Montana. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced equine practitioner (3+ years) who wants to practice high-quality medicine with advanced equipment, a supportive team, and a loyal client base — all while enjoying life in one of the most sought-after outdoor destinations in the country. Our equine team provides progressive, high-quality care throughout the Bozeman area, with the tools and support to practice excellent medicine in the field and in-clinic. Our veterinarians have access to mobile digital radiography, ultrasound, dental equipment, and in-house laboratory capabilities, including Coggins testing.

Our caseload includes wellness, lameness, sick and emergency cases, breeding, dentistry, and husbandry, with hospitalization available for internal medicine and emergency patients. Lameness services include advanced diagnostics and regenerative therapies such as ProStride and Centrate. We also have strong relationships with trusted referral hospitals and specialists, giving our veterinarians a reliable network for advanced cases and continuity of care.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experienced Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM, VMD, or equivalent)
• Licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in Montana
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high-quality veterinary medicine and surgery
• Ability to collaborate and mentor in a team-oriented environment
• Passion for continued professional development and learning

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
